Dr. Alix Jack PT, DPT

Dr Alix grew up in Keller, TX and graduated with her B.S. in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) in 2006. She earned her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas in 2009. Dr. Alix has lived in Wyoming, Oklahoma, and several cities in Texas before settling in Cypress with her husband and three kids. She loved her experiences working in orhopedics and pediatrics, but discovered her true calling in pediatric pelvic health through her “mom” community.

Alix has taught dance, pilates, and HIIT classes, and spends her free time working out and chauffeuring her kids to their many activities. She is passionate about pelvic health and believes EVERYONE could benefit from the holistic approach Unconstipated Kids offers. She is grateful to God for the opportunity to serve families in this unique way.
